There are approximately 95,000 Toulouse-LapTrec magnetic sketchboards that have been sold in the U.S. The Manufacturer, Rainbow Force Plastic Products, of China, are recalling them due to the choking hazard to children if the magnetic tip of the drawing pen dislodges from the pen.
Both models, BX1026 (red frame) or BX1027, can be found at stores like Target and Barnes and Noble, in addition to various online retailers.
Consumers should immediately take recalled sketchboards away from children and contact Battat to receive a free replacement sketchboard.
